Hi there my name is Gabriel. I have extensive experience maintaining my own properties here on Maui in the capacity of Owner and Landlord. I am professional, very clean, organized, detail oriented and handy at fixing and maintaining just about anything.
I am also an animal lover of exotic pets and as a retired restraunteur -I love cooking as well. I am casually searching for the right property/people situation anywhere on the Island of Maui, Hawaii that is mutually beneficial. I hope to contribute my experience as a House Sitting Provider along with all my other experience, qualifications and abilities. I can work part or full-time as required-including live-in services.
Services And Training:
I can take care of pool/spa maintenance, mail collecting, yard maintenance property maintenance, and cleaning. I am capable of taking care of anything that could possibly arise for you while you're away or in preparation of your visit and cleanup after your stay. I have multiple vehicles for transportation as well as for shopping or hauling. As a multiple property homeowner myself and former restaurant owner with 23 years on island, it's safe to say I have extensive prior history in the role for any and everything that could arise.
